PARAD PHARMACEUTICAL PVT. LTD. Vadodara manufacturing facility is a complex of warehouse, production blocks, Quality control, Finish Goods Block, R & D, F & D, Pilot plant and quality assurance to manufacture and supply of Finish Products.

The Production blocks are constructed to meet Current GMP standards and the blocks are well equipped with equipment like RMG, FBD, Blender, Sifter, Compression machine, Coating pan, Semiautomatic Capsule filling machine & Packing machines etc. Quality control department consists advanced equipment like UV, HPLC in addition to the traditional testing equipment for chemical-Physical and microbiology Parameters.

The plant is having desired utilities to manufacture current range products like Water System, HVAC System, Boiler, ETP Plant, Power Backup Generator etc. The purified water is transferred to SS 316L storage tank (2000 liters). The water goes to user points through SS 316L loops. The water goes to user points of new expanded production area through SS 316L loops from storage tank. Return loop passed through UV before entering back into the storage tanks. The water is maintained in continuous circulation.

AHU: These Air Handling Units enter to various rooms and area of the Production area to achieve the required environmental conditions, degree of cleanliness and number of air changes. For Purification of Air; Prefilter-10μ, Fine filter- 5 μ and HEPA filters -0.3 μ are used. All system works handled under technical person only.
